So I got 6 zippo lighters all without the fluid, what are the restrictions - can I bring them on check inBaggage it just hand luggage?

You'd have to look at restrictions on luggage for those countries then.

I would just check it in imo. You wouldn't need a lighter on a plane anyways.

You will most likely have to disassemble and empty the drain/dry the lighter fluid out of them. 

 

Light em and let em sit till the fluid burns out.

 

Then just take them apart and buy lighter fluid after you get to where you're going.
