either wait for Zen or a similar priced intel cpu. Everything else looks fine. A SSD would greatly benefit you if you could push the budget

Nobody is sure when it will come out, but I would assume that it will be announced before the end of the year. until then, intel's line of cpu's is also a good option, because, amd's best cpu's are generations old while intel is up to date.
