either wait for Zen or a similar priced intel cpu. Everything else looks fine. A SSD would greatly benefit you if you could push the budget

zen is the architecture of a line of cpus that are coming out soon. Just think of it as the generation of the cpu, and the enhancements that the company makes, like less power draw with more performance.

Nobody is sure when it will come out, but I would assume that it will be announced before the end of the year. until then, intel's line of cpu's is also a good option, because, amd's best cpu's are generations old while intel is up to date.
