I really want a RGB K70 but I don't know what keyswitch I want and I think there's a different version called LUX or something.

I like Cherry MX Brown switches, as they are more on the quiet side. It all comes down to personal preference though. Do some research on Cherry MX keyswitches to figure out which ones you like best. If possible, use the switch IRL (if you can find a brick & mortar store that has them on display) before purchasing.

Keys are very personal to an individual. I would run down to a pc shop or best buy and try some mechanical keys to see what you like

I have a few random keyswitches and I kinda like reds but i haven't actually typed on a mechanical keyboard and no pc shops near me have stuff on display like that.

Lux is just the newer K70 where they fix the flickering lighting of the old K70 RGB, they also have the pass through and have the strafe key caps with the gamer font (which i personally hate) but the K70 is the better choice as it has a pass through and they fix the flickering lighting problem while being $10 cheaper than the normal one.

As for keys, i personally like the Blues, because both the feeling and the sound of them are so satisfying, most people would agree that they are the nicest feeling switches but many people hate the loud clicking sound it makes, just because its so loud, but i personally don't mind and i like it. If you're going to but a K70 with Red's just get the MX Speed switch in the K70 rapidfire, period. As for browns, i initially found them to be my most hated key as i was previously using Blues and Reds, and Brown's just felt like a mix between both, like it wasn't particularly satisfying as blues and not as fast as reds, they felt muddy and it felt confusing. However, after getting used to them, i prefer them over Reds.

I have Reds, Browns, Blues, and Speeds, and i think Speeds are the best switch but my favourite switch is the Blues. Its your preference, there are different things they are each individually good at. Blues for typing, Reds for gaming, Browns for both gaming and typing, Speeds feel like Red's but much smoother to press and for some reason lighter.
