Preface: I finally had the opportunity to build my dream PC when my father recently passed away. He left us in a comfortable position financially. I named this PC in his honor.

 

Case, Corsair Air 540

Fans, Thermaltake Riing. 3x120mm, 3x140'll

Cooler, NZXT Kraken x61

Mobo, MSI Z170, Gaming M7

Ram, 64GB DDR4-3333 gskill

CPU, i7-6700k

Video cards, 2x MSI GTX1070 Gaming X

PSU, EVGA Supernova Gold 1000w

Storage:

OS drive, 2x Samsung 950 Pro m.2 NAMe 512GB in raid 0

Games/misc drive, SanDisk Ultra2 960GB sad

Backup, 2tb Seagate 2.5"

Ramdisk, 32GB of system ram.

HTC Vive (VR headset)

NZXT Hue+

MSI Led bridge

 

The system scored a 10.9 on the Steam VR benchmark.

The Crystal Disk benchmark is from them, but it's not as snappy as my ramdisk
