I always recommend the CM Mastercase 5 Pro.

It is one of my favorite cases of all time. Great build quality, tons of room, and have great features fit of everyone.

3 140's in the back, 2 140's in the top, and a 140 in the back, (All of these 140's can be 120's also)

There are 2 separate place to mount a 240/280 radiator for an AIO cooler.

my motherboard only has 2 fan plugins how many fans can you plug in to one header? if i do get the pro 5 ill probably fill all fan slots with 140MM fans and deoending on that ill either have to keep the bays up top for a fan controller or remove it for another fan

You can get fan splitters, but I'm sure any decent motherboard, especially an Asus one, have more than 2 fan headers, mine z170-a have 8/9
