Monitors under $150

I'm looking to buy a new monitor for my rig, I'm currently looking at this monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824160279&ignorebbr=1

Any suggestions for a different monitor? My basic criteria are:

As big of a monitor as I can get.

As high of a resolution monitor as I can get.

As well constructed of a monitor as I can get (nice looking materials on the front, really hoping to rid myself of this cheap shiny plastic.)

I don't care about response time, but I would rather not have something above 8ms.

 

I'm looking to buy this monitor soon, so any current promotions/sales may be welcome when it comes to factoring prices.
