Going To Ultrawide

I am building a new PC and due to the deals on Amazon today I just had to pick up an Ultrawide monitor on sale. I got the LG 34UM68-P for $350 so it was a pretty good deal. My build is http://pcpartpicker.com/list/QdK29W and my main question is did I make a good choice with the monitor? I was going to buy a normal 27" 1440p display but just had to try the Ultrawide. I plan on buying a GTX 1070 so I won't be able to use the free sync but should still be able to use the full 75hz right? Please tell me if I made a good choice or not! Haha

yeah you should be able to still use 75hz for it

I bought the same monitor during the sale aswell. I'll be getting it tommorow along with ano rx 480. I plan to usensure this setup until I get a 1440p ultrawide and I'll get another 480 for crossfire. From all the reviews I've seen its been nothing but praise. The only downside being that it's 1080p. If your used to 1080 at about 28 inches like I am than you won't notice the resolution.
