choice of camera

hi im starting a tech youtube channel and i need a camera.  i want one that takes decent photos and can record in 1080p 60fps.  dont care if it is a dslr or mirror less.  just want something that is decent and that wont break the bank.  also what is the differnce between dslr and mirror less?
