Cheapest Android Phone Capable of Pokemon GO

Located in Canada.  Want a cheap android phone that is capable of running Pokemon Go. I have a iphone 4 and It is showing it's age and I would like to switch to the Android platform.  Ideally my budget is under 200, but can go to 250 if it will be a much better experience.  I've looked around the used market and people want 200 for bricked iphone 5's..... what would you recommend?  The phone needs to be unlocked and able to work with Telus.  Thanks in advance, this is kinda a repost from yesterday but did not get many responses.....

Oneplus stuff is really expensive here :( people want 400 for OnePlus X, look into redmi

Look for a Moto G, I think that would work for you.

Also, why play Pokemon Go, you could just download an emulator and play real pokemon games. Or buy a GBA for $20

Which one the MotoG4?  I have thought about going to an android phone for a while now..... but this has been the tipping point....

Whichever one is in your price point, I've not looked at the prices on them in a while. I'm still using a gen 1 moto g 16gb and it works fine for me, not that I've tried pokemon go though. Running 5.1 lollipop in it by the way.
