WiFi card upgrade?

Okay so I've had no real issues with this WiFi card, it's got OKAY range, it's not super great, but it's oddly slow compared to other solutions in the past. even the ancient Intel 6300, whichever was the top wireless-N model a couple years ago, is lightning fast compared to this thing.

 

What card should I attempt investing in? We DO have a wireless-AC router sooooo I'll be sticking to that obviously... just curious as to what options I should stick to... o-o;;;

That's the first retail result I ran into.  Not sure if ALL of these are Win10 only, but that should be noted.  Another thing to be noted is your notebook may need to have it's BIOS flashed in order to have the new WiFi card recognized.  I myself have been considering a new WiFi card for my ThinkPad but have yet to gather the cojones/sheckles to follow through.  Then again I'm also fairly satisfied with the speed still.

Yeah that's not an issue for me. The Dell machines I've used have all been pretty lenient with letting you upgrade certain minor parts, like wifi cards, in the past. I doubt that's changed. Plus, said machine has Windows 10, so that's another plus for me.
