Fan Lighting Effect Slow Motion Spin

Installed LED lights recently and discovered this cool effect. I apologize if this is something that is already known i was unable to find anything regarding this so i wanted to show you all.

The different color lights causes the fan to look like it is spinning in slow motion. I dont know the scientific name of this effect but it looks pretty cool!
