upgrade suggestions

I'm planning on an upgrade for my desktop (specs below), which will happen by the end of the year. I won't move to Zen or Intel this year, as this would eat up almost all the cash I have left (I'm still a student without a stable cash income); my idea includes a new display (same BenQ I'm using atm, this would be around 140€), better cooling and a new case. Here comes the problem: I won't have cash for all three of the "upgrades", so I'd like your input on what should be the first thing to buy.

 

I use this pc for programming (another display will help), gaming, small video editing (travel videos and stuff like that), photo editing, BOINC (main reason for a better cooling system), and anything else I could do with this pc.

 

I thought that a new case, like a Mastercase Pro 5 (150€), could help with the airflow (the Corsair Spec-02 doesn't have much space for cable management and other stuff) and maybe a Noctua heatsink to replace my Hyper 212 evo. While working on boinc projects, the CPU reaches around 70°C, and I don't like it (outside temp = 30-35°C in summer, inside temp is similar, as windows are always open), so I thought that a bigger case, as the mastercase, could help (I'll have also more space for other stuff).

I'll be upgrading only one thing at a time, so max budget will be 200€ (preferably less, like 150€) for upgrade, except heatsink/cooler which must be under 100€
