It shouldn't affect anything. Lay the card flat with the PCB on top. Look to see if any of the circuits come off the substrate.

Pictures please. If it has a very small curve it should be fine.

That's normal. Happens to a lot of cards. I was expecting something more drastic.

It shouldn't. The thermal pads they supply are a little thicker than needed to allow for the best contact.
