I have a Hadron Air, and it comes with a 1u 500w gold PSU. Now I was doing some stress tests to see total power draw when I heard some buzzing from the power supply when I put the GPU and CPU under load. The system then shut off. Having heard of a story when this happened before and the PSU fried everything after a restart, I'm going to refrain from doing that. So what could this mean? I have done this stress before and the total wattage was about 400w.

Does it say what specific model PSU it is? Hopefully they wouldn't use one of their crappy units in their cases. Hopefully they didn't use a unit from someone else too.

I'm sorry but how dumb do you have to be to use a cheap inbuilt PSU with a Titan X?

You are most definitely overloading the whole thing. Get a real PSU and replace that knock-off

I really can't do that. The Hadron Air uses a 1U PSU. I don't know if I can find one that has the needed connectors as well as probably painting it black.

Mabye I'll just have to mod an SFX PSU in or switch cases...

Well - using that PSU is a death sentence for it so your call
