 i have 8GB of Adata's ram .

two stick of 4GB each 

i reinstalled them yesterday (porperly of course)

before that the ram was quiet but after the reinstallation one stick ( i have checked that )

is making noise when ever i am in game (obviously meaning whenever there is a bigger ram use)

what could have went wrong ? and how do i fix it  ?

Ram can become noisy? Never heard about anyone complain about noisy ram...did you use to different ram sticks or not?

How ram doesn't move?

yea so my sound and noise's vocabulary in english is not that great but it is like   squeaking...

and yea aparently it can cause i took out one stick of Ram at a time and one of them is making the noise

Your RAM might be defective causing motherboard or PSU coil whine but it is NOT the RAM.

but how didnt it make any noise till now ? 

it is posible...

RMA will handle it ? or they only care about working and not working sort of problems ?

Run memtest86+ - if no errors are found ignore it. What board and PSU are you using?

Try the RAM in different slots

most likely, its caused by the power delivery on the motherboard itself OR by the PSU.

RAM itself doesnt have any components that can cause vibrations audible to human beings due to fluctuating frequencies. For that you need capacitors/chokes that arent properly glued.
