CPU Cooler for AM3 CPU??

I'm on a budget, but I'm also looking to overclock my CPU, can anyone recommend any CPU coolers for the 25-30 USD price range? Thanks.

I'll go with the Hyper 212, because the tx3 isn't necessarily for the AM3+ motherboard. Thanks, and any thermal paste you can recommend?

I also use mx-4 got a little syringe years a go and pretty much is still full

Cryorig H7. Better than the 212 EVO in all ways except for price and availability. Also consider the beQuiet! Pure Rock.

The Cryorig H7 is better than the 212 evo in terms of cooling and (imo) looks.

Would I have to take my motherboard out of my case? Sorry, never installed a cpu cooler before.

This is the backside of my case, does it looks like I'm going to need to take it out?
