Overclocking an FX-4350

My little brothers PC has an FX 4350 and a gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 using the stock cooler. How do I overclocking it?

dont. It will literally melt due to the stock cooler

Yup, totally agree with him, I recommend getting a new CPU cooler in order to overclock.
