So yesterday I decided to get 3Dmark Firestrike to benchmark my PC. But for some reason every time I run the benchmark it crashes. Does anyone know why? I tried using the steam version but it still crashes. I also rebooted my PC and tried different custom settings in the custom settings menu. Does anyone know why it keeps crashing? I do have the paid version.

turn off any background programs . if your useing steam it can stay any software tools such as gpuz real temp intel utility ect turn it off . then check task manger make sure they aren't running in any leftover's processes . msi app also shut off anything that is not firestrike or windows it has to be killed .

if it runs then something is the cause that was turned off . if not then see what the error is post it here . if your display driver crashes shut down the pc then turn it back on . do no do a restart it can in limited times not restart correct ect fastboot saving stuff to ssd ect . also system specs pls

I closed every nonessential program using task manager. When it crashes it says "3Dmark has stopped working".
