I just can't find a mouse! -help

Hey, I've been searching for a mouse but i can't find something that i fully like. First off: i use finger grip style, my palm doesn't touch the mouse, i have large hands. I use my middle finger for aiming while index is shooting. ring and pinkie usually sit on the right side. (see picture).

Currently I'm using this mouse from Trust. model number 17065. The quality is awful but the shape is almost godlike. Only the tail, where my pinkie sits is a bit too big. Anyways, it's cheap and i want a quality mouse. So far I've had the Corsair M40 and the Roccat Kone Pure. Both were great mice. But my ringf. and pinkie couldn't find a comfy position. Also i wasn't abled to easily lift the mouse, which i often do, because I'm a low sensetivity gamer. They had too few grip on the right side. I sent them both back. I also tried the razer ourobouros, which made clear, that my mouse should never have any edges! The razer DA13 is very comfy, i tried it in a store but the clicks are too small.

So i am searching for a quality mouse, not too round and small, but no edges either. Good grip on both sides. Standard buttons + forwards backwards. not more. Preferably for a red/black color scheme and with an optical sensor or good DPI settings in the low range. There's no total budget limit but i found the Roccat kone pure to be expensive. O.o

I used this mouse for ages, it's super comfortable. Has the amount of buttons you want and is relatively inexpensive at around $30-ish USD.

I'm a fingertip grip user and it took me FOREVER to choose one to buy here's some I've heard are great/testimonial :D

Cooler Master CM Storm Xornet - I have this mouse Love it to bits would really recommend it, takes a while to get used to it, but when you do feels great.

Cooler Master CM Storm Spawn - Same as first one but Red not Black and a better DPI = more (€ $ £)

G9X - Tried this round a mates house... Feels SOO good, next one I want to buy. Also not in production anymore but you can still buy it and the COD branded one is cheaper/more prevalent for sale.

Zowie MiCO - Cheap as chips, not as good as the Xornet in my opinion.

Razer Orochi - Don't know.

SteelSeries Sensei Pro/SteelSeries Sensei Raw - This is the one I was going to buy if I had enough money when I first bought a mouse. Apparently AMAZING.

ROCCAT Kova+ - Heard this is great for fingertip grip users from some guy on a forum... ;) Like I am telling you now xD

Hope I helped :D

Oh dear, i need to write a list before i go into a store next time to try them all out. I hope i can even find all of them in stores. I'll most likeley give the g9x a shot, since it is THE fps mouse, allthough it reminds me of the M40, which was too wide.

The two CM Strom mice look interesting for resting my ringf. + pinkie. I tried the Orochi in stores, didn't like it. Roccat couldn't convince me with their Kone. It has that soft touch finish and i kept loosing grip in the right side. The Sensei actually looks very slippery, but i think i saw it in stores here in germany too. So I'll try it out.

A good mouse wheel is also a concern of mine. Many mice out there have small anf flimsy wheels, like the logitech M705. I mistrust them. It's mostly logitech who puts small wheels on their mice. :(

who cares...

CM Storm Spawn and Xornet definitely sound like good candidates. The Spawn is slightly better, but harder to find. Its also more expensive.

I'm using a Roccat Kone XTD which I can recommend. It's somewhat shaped like your Trust mouse and isn't too slippery for your ringfinger and pinkie. ofc it's expensive, I spend 89€. But it's worth it! ;)

I sent back my Roccat Kone Pure today. It has too few grip on the right side. The soft touch finish feels awesome but i couldn't get enough grip to lift it easily.

I tried the DA, but as i stated in my first post, the clicks are too small and soft.

Looks good, BUT doesn't seem like a fingertip grip mouse.

It looks pretty similar to what i currently have and i am finger gripping that. :D Now i don't like 4D mouse wheels, which is why i opted for the Roccat Kone Pure earlier instead of the XTD, so this gigabyte is out.

It must be embarrassing not being able to find a mouse considering you are a cat according to your profile pic.

Ok, so today i had the chance to try out a bunch of mice.

The Roccat Kone XTD is actually bigger than the Pure but nontheless too smooth on the right side.

I tried the DA2013 again, shape is still great but clicks are awful.

I got my hands on a G9X, i didn't like it. :(

The Steelseries Sensei though was very good. I was abled to grip and lift it easily despite it's round shape. The only thing i didn't like were the forwards/backwards buttons on the right side. I accidentally press them, predominantly when i clicked the mouse wheel.

I know i can program them to do nothing but it felt werid nontheless. If i don't find a different mouse, I'll probably order a Sensei and try it out for a week to see if it bothers me too much.

who cares...

The Zowie FK is quite similar to the Sensei. If you get a chance to try it out, it could be an option. Zowie AM is another alternative.

They are all ambidextrous, so i think it doesn't matter.

I'm gonna order a couple of mice today to try em all aut!!

So far on the list are:

Steelseries Sensei Rubberized - 54€

EpicGear MeduZa Hybrid - 64€

EpicGear Blade - 36€

QPAD 5K LE - 90 whopping € - i am very interested in that one though :D

CM Storm Reaper - 71€ I am not too sure about that one, i may swap it for one or two cheaper mice

Total: 315€ - fuck i need to check my bank account

Anything else to add to the list? I may flip the Reaper. :D

Edit:

Ordered the ones above, i swapped:

Epic gear blade

cm storm reaper

instead i included:

CM Storm Recon

CM Storm Sentinel 2

I am so stoked to try them out O.o

will update when i do :D

Today i recieved the Sensei and The CM Storm Sentinel. The Sensei is already out of choice, the Sentinel is awesumm! I think about doing a new thread where i will unbox the mice (once i have all 5), give a quick overview, tell why i like/dislike them and offer the audience to ask me questions about the mice.

who cares...
