hey everyone is it possible to downgrade windows 10 with out deleting everthing or do i have to instal everything again

You can go into setting and revert to windows 7 if you upgraded from it

Yes. But only if you upgraded Windows 7 to 10, and you have done do under 30 days, and you didn't delete the recovery.

Go to: Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery

And you'll find the option there.
