some games will run better and some dont, it all depends on the sli support of the game. If your planning on gaming and you want to absolutely sure that you wont have issues. Then go with the new titan

Can't say for sure.

We don't know specs of new titan.

 

But it would be better to run single more powerfull GPU, since SLI will bring quiete a few problems.
