Cpu usage 10%(fixed)

I think something is broken but when I run Benchmarks on games like Doom Witcher 3 the cpu usage is 10% I restarted and reinstalled most benchmarking programs and still 10%

Is it an error or wrong with cpu cuz it's not that powerfull 

 

Cpu i5 6600k

(fixed)was an error in the programs
