For lower end cards like those it's not exact worth the cost to watercool them and one of the reasons why full cover waterblocks don't exist. The only options for those would be to get universal GPU coolers or a hybrid version from Alphacool.

+1 to this. The -70 series for Nvidia and the -80 series for AMD are generally the lowest tier cards with waterblocks.

Here is a list of EKWB GPU blocks that are compatible with your card. https://www.ekwb.com/configurator/step1_complist

They're not going to be as flashy or fancy as a full cover block, and you may need to think of a cooling solution for your VRM's (they sell mini heatsinks to stick on them if you want) but seeing as its only a 960, you may get away with no cooling whatsoever.

There is also no need to go with EKWB, They're just one I know and I plan to use someday, so I'm more familiar with their site and products. happy hunting.

EDIT: okay that link doesn't take you to the list, but at least it takes you to the calculator. fill out your GPU selection and then hit "go" and it will take you to a list of their products compatible with your card.
