I don't want the plot.

so im in a weird chase of movies and games.
and for me to truely enjpy them, I need to not know the plot, not know the theme (mostly) and generally know it will be good. 
(classics)

and here I am now. looking for films mostly.  I don't want the plot, but I want great movies, weather its by their epic story with twists, (Se7en is a good example..)  or amazing filmmaking (birdman, pretty much any Stanley Kubrick film)

 

any names I should watch ?

pls no spoilers. hell even the genra could be one for me.
