Ghetto Bragi Dash?

So after watching Linus' review of the Bragi Dash, I was really interested in getting something similar. So looked the Bragi up on Amazon and found this:

 

Simger Wireless Headphones

 

But after looking at the reviews, it turns out that you have to pair BOTH of them to your phone and charge BOTH of them anyway. So I thought:

 

Can I just buy two small bluetooth headsets (something like this that can be put in either ear), and pair both of them to my phone? Wouldn't that accomplish the same thing?
