In order to exclude the storage drives as the potential causes of the situation and to be on the safe side that your data is safe I'd start with e diagnostic test on both the SSD and the HDD. I'd get tools from the manufacturers' websites and see if the drives pass the tests. For the WD Blue that would be WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic

 

The numbers and letters that you see on the motherboard are actually error messages coming from the motherboard. You can check what they mean on the manufacturer's website or the motherboard's manual. This should guide you to where you should be looking for the potential problem. 

 

@Enderman gave you some good suggestions to check out the Event Viewer so do post a screenshot of yours. 

 

Doing a stress test and a memory test can show you if any of the hardware parts are failing when reaching 100% usage or if you are suffering from memory leaks so I'd do that. 

 

Are you dong any type of overclocking? 

 

Taking the motherboard and the PSU to a technician for a check is also a good thing to do.

Ok, after everyone has said everything, I left to try them. I have not experienced any restarts which is a good thing, but does not mean they have stopped. I already checked my SSD because that is where Windows is stored, the Hard Drive is for storage like pictures, games, etc... I have not Overclocked anything as I didn't want to go through the hastle of changing my stock cooler. I will send a picture of my Motherboard and show the display screen that shows the numbers. I searched the Gigabyte website and haven't seen anything about the display screen. There is also nothing on the Gigabyte Support Site.

Hey guys, My system rebooted so I went to event viewer and the only thing that would be kind of similar was this error: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." The source was Kernel-Power.

I don't know if this is considered a stress test, but I use 3d Mark.

Yes, that should be a good tool. If the system passed then I guess a good technician is the only reliable option here to determine if any of your hardware is at fault.
