Is there anything I'm missing? Any obvious upgrades for a similar price?

I'm looking to run today's popular games at high FPS at High quality on one 1920x1080 Monitor

Budget is 600 USD (Can go slightly above if there is a good reason!)

Any critique will be noted and appreciated :)

You could replace the SSD with an Adata SP550; the 120GB version is cheaper yet faster, and the 240GB version only costs a little more. And for the graphics card, either an R9 380 or at least one of the 4GB GTX 960s that are around the same price level. Stretching to an RX 480 would also be very nice, but I think that's going to hurt your budget. It's too bad the RX 470 isn't available yet, it's probably going to be perfect for a budget like yours.

For general web browsing and non-graphic or compute heavy tasks it seems fine. However if you wanted to do something that requires computational power I'd recommend a quad core and if performing graphic design or video games I'd recommend a dedicated GPU.

Is that SSD so much better for the price than http://pcpartpicker.com/product/gf98TW/a-data-internal-hard-drive-asp550ss3240gmc if so, why?

I'm thinking if you go about it carefully, you can probably cram an RX 480, AND an i5 in there which is going to give you significantly better performance.

Give me a second to throw together a build.

Are you still working on it or have you given up lolol?
