Buzzing - Bearing type the problem?

Hey, all my current fans are silent apart from one little flaw...buzzing.

Is this buzzing to do with the bearing type or something else?

I've had multiple replacements from fractal (fractal fans and AF140's) and they all gave of a buzzing noise.

These are on sale and they are Fluid dynamic bearing's does this effect if they buzz or not?

Thanks
