I'd consider getting an SSD (240GB) for your OS, apart from that, I love this built:)

 | CPU: AMD FX 8350 + H100i | GPU: AMD R9 290X + NZXT Kraken | RAM: HyperX Beast 2033 16GB | PSU: EVGA G2 | MOBO: ASRock 970M |

| CASE: Corsair Carbide 88R |STORAGE: 1x WD Black | KEYBOARD: Corsair K70 | MOUSE: R.A.T 9 |

SOMETIMES LOSING THE BATTLE, MEANS YOU CAN WIN THE WAR

Sorry if i sound like a neeewb but what is the point of SSD, apart of its speed. Can it improve performance?

Improves boot speed, can help with certain games that may require access to DLL's if you install games directly onto it (larger SDD's) can significantly improve load times

Is H Motherboard not overclockable?

Not really...
If you're planning to overclock well, go with a 'Z' motherboard.
If you're not planning to overclock, you can easily get away with going down to an H150, or even an H110 to better suit your budget.

No it is not.  Only the Z170 chipset.

Asrock Hyper series goes around the OC limit from intel. They use a special chip to do that.

It basicly adds overclocking options to the H chipsets and allows you to overclock non K cpus as well.
