Just get an i5 6400 then it is about the same price as the 8350 and it is much better at gaming.

For future upgrades, i5 + rx 480.

For 1 time purchase, fx + gtx 1070 (if it doesn't get slightly bottlenecked)

Is there no middle ground? like i5 6400/i5 4690k/i5 4460 + gtx 1070? Can you buy used parts?

yes i can but still, i dont have a lot of money an am3+ motherboard cost in my country like $50 and a lga 1151 cost $100 plus if i buy old gen i dont have to buy ram i already have 16gb of ddr3 i have 800$ a gtx 1070 cost $500 where i am so yeah only $300 left for cpu and motherboard and ram not a lot of options at that price point not even used, but a rx 480 only cost $250 here so i dont know how much of a performance lost will be putting a gtx 1070 with a fx processor, i hope i make myself clear im not that good at english

Then who not buy the last gen i5 4690 then grab a cheap H97 motherboard and use the RAM you already have.

i5-4690 is alot more money for not alot more performance, the bang for the buck cpus are i3-6100, i5-6500, i5-4460, i5-4590, E3-1231 v3 (of the non overclockable cpus)
