Is AMD's new Wattman oc tool only for the Rx 480?

I'm pretty sure the Wattman is only available for the RX 480. Older cards still gonna use overdrive.

From the Wattman page on AMD

Quote

Radeon WattMan is available in the Radeon Settings application of Radeon Software, replacing the current AMD OverDrive™ tab, and is compatible with the Radeon™ RX 400 Series GPUs.
