Corsair link not picking up H100i GTX?

Just plugged my USB 9 pin into my mobo, reset my PC and then started Link. But it's not showing my H100i GTX cooler under the options of items to change fan speed/led colors. Any fixes?

I know this sounds silly, but just double check the cable is in there properly.

Checked it. It's plugged in all the way just like my NZXT hue+ in the one slot over. and I've already tried switching them and that doesn't work either.
