Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone knows which IEM I should buy out of these two, House of Marley Legend In-ear or the Sennheiser Momentum In-ear. Don't put the price into consideration because there gonna be a present anyway. I heard great things about sennheiser but I'm just worried about the in ear's design and sound quality because i've heard that there many used by bass heads and have a v-shaped sound stage.  I can't find much info about the House of Marley Legends but I think I like then more. Does anyone know if they have 3 balanced armature drivers or just one?

What do you guys think I should get out of these two?

Thanks,

Ethan

Well, I have some experience with the Momentum In-Ears and I have tried the House of Marley Legends on one occasion.

From what I remember, they are pretty much polar opposites when it comes to sound.

The Sennheisers are, as you said, rather V-shaped. The House of Marley pair on the other hand has a hugh emphasis on the midrange while suffering from a big roll-off in the low - and high end.

Personally, I would recommend the Sennheisers since the sound signature is more appealing to me.

Another pair you could consider are the Klipsch Reference R6i's. They don't have as stylish a design as the pairs you've mentioned, but they sound really good for their price.

Although, I wouldn't recommend the Klipschs if you plan on using them while running, since the cable is rather prone to noise.
