I be honest, I'm struggling to find distilled water. I find de-iornised but not distilled

De-ionized would work but not exactly the best as it tends to readily strip metal ions from the loop, but depending where you are most places sell them in local pharmacies or if needed chemical supply shops.

Hi, I just built my first water cooling loop and used one litre of EK EKoolent clear.  Only thing  is I have to order of the web as no shops here do water cooling. Now my question is. Can I top up with RO water from a pet shop. As I can get it up n running tomorrow then lol. The bloke in shop says the water goes through a five stage filtration and through a RO unit.

You can just use distilled water, you can get it at any medical or health store.

As mentioned using distilled water would be the next best option, just make sure to include a biocide of some sort to prevent growth.
