Hello all,

Just now I built a PC however after using it on windows 10 for 5 mins I noticed something odd. I have 8GB of physical ram (2x4GB) and it only shows 4? So next I head over to bios land to see what's up and the bios also shows 4GB. From here on I try using the RAM separately. 1 stick worked and 1 stick failed. I attempted to use a different configuration I.E other slots however still error 53. Then I put them back to there original place and now it will not boot at all. I would appreciate any assistance as I am stuck with this error 53.  Picture attached.

53 means ram failiure so that ram stick is probably dead, if you just got it it's DOA, contact the shop where you got it and tell them it's DOA.

They should help you with getting a replacement.

If you want my attention, quote meh! D: or just stick an @samcool55 in your post :3

Hi, Thanks. Yes probably need to do that however one stick of RAM is currently working now and windows is operating ok. I am going to see if I can get the other one to work as it might just be one stick failure.
