Im looking for free games on steam that have a long single player campaign as well as a multi-player option.

Thanks

You should get Witcher 3. It doesn't have mutliplayer but the story is VERY LONG. Plus the DLC's are also long as well. It's a good game and its worth it's price.

Star Trek Online, the single player experience in the storyline is really good, and you can have friends join you in groups to help if it gets too hard.  They have STF events in various difficulty levels which  are open to teams of five only.

It is a bit pay to win currently, but they do events quarterly which give out free ships and items, the reputation (grind) store is good for getting access to great items, and they are always adding new story content.

If you do join hit up the fleet ka-tet and tell them Chuck sent you, Trillane will know what that means and should welcome you to the fold.  They're a solid fleet with plenty of help for newcomers.

PC - NZXT H510 Elite, Ryzen 5600, 16GB DDR3200 2x8GB, EVGA 3070 FTW3 Ultra, Asus VG278HQ 165hz,

Mac - 1.4ghz i5, 4GB DDR3 1600mhz, Intel HD 5000.  x2

Endlessly wishing for a BBQ in space.

i think it's kinda hard to find a good free game on steam unless there's somesort of event like the previous valentines day where they gaveaway several games for free and some of them were actually worth it
think you should consider buying from a cheaper place than steam like G2A or any other trustworthy shop

You kinda get what you pay for, even if you want to wait until great titles are 5 years old before buying them you're still going to pay $5 or so dollars for them.

Guys i buy games even when they are released i just want to compare free games on steam
