Different window style and and programs opening weird

*Windows 7* yeah so i just put this pc together and in my last post i talked about how it was not going as well as i had hoped. I reinstalled windows and now im having these weird issues that i did'nt have before. I went to change my color scheme to transparent and the menu looks different now (along with not being able to make the bars transparent) whenever i pull one window over another it either makes a trail or turns the one behind it white, when i make a window full screen the top bar goes first then the rest of the window, and the X minimize bar looks different. I'm not exactly sure how to fix these to the way they were before, any input would help, thanks.

Driver related.  Please look at the link in my signature for installing Windows.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Well...  If you did it wrong you did it wrong.  I probably would install Windows in a more proper fashion.

I mean, I spent 4 hours on a guide to installing Windows.  And I don't ever suggest using a disc of any kind.
