I'm building a new computer and really really needed to know which of these graphics card will have more fps and smooth gameplay.

GIGABYTE GTX 680 WINDFORCE 3x : I really liked this one because it has 3 fans on it and looks like it would be really good to oc it.

MSI GTX 680 TWIN FROZR:I've seen FANTASTIC reviews about this card 5/5 scores on Amazon and looked epic.

GTX 680 ASUS DIRECTCU II TOP edition.

Also is a i7-3770k 3.4 good for rendering videos quick? Or should i go with a 3.5 one?

I would suggest you go for either the MSi TwinFrozr 680 or the Asus card. I personally prefer the aesthetics of the MSI card, so that get's my vote; however, the Asus CUII is an equal, and perhaps better, in terms of performance. As above in regards to the 3770, i would suggest you go with 3770K (3.5ghz) just because of the added ability to overclock. .1GHZ will make no noticeable difference to rendering times, so the -K enables overclocking which is something nice to have, even if you don't utilise it at first.

BTW what psu do you think the ASUS GTX 680 DIRECTCU II TOP edition would need??
550 Watt + would be OK.

I recommend over 600W if you are going to be overclocking both the CPU and GPU.

CPU: AMD 3950x Mobo: MSI B550 RAM: 32GB DDR4 GPU: Asus 3080 Strix PSU: Superflower Leadex 3 720w Case: BeQuiet 500DX

Storage: 2TB SSD + 4TB HDD Audio: SMSL 793ii -> HiFiman HE-400 + Mission MS-50 Speakers
