Hey guys and gals..

I've been having issues for the longest time with the Razer Software. Let it be Razer Synapse, Razer Surround, etc.. I'm having MAJOR issues with it and feel like I am the only one?

I'll list some of the issues I have with it, but I won't put all of them, just the main ones.

Problems with Razer Software installed:

- USB Port on Keyboard will not work. I uninstalled it and it works fine. Everything I tried plugging in (Mouse, Controller, etc.. were up to date and worked on all other USB Ports).

- Games are wonky and have performance issues.

   - For example Battlefield 4 gets stuck on "Joining Server" and will never launch. I uninstalled and it opened right away and I got in the server instantly.

   - For example Grand Theft Auto V has INSANE Stuttering. Here is an exampleI uninstalled it, and stuttering stopped immediately, like nothing was ever wrong.

These are just some of the issues I have been having.

---------------------------------

What is going on exactly? I don't feel like it's system related because it happened on my other build too. I have no idea what is going on and was hoping maybe somebody can give some input on it. I would truly appreciate it!

That's a bummer. My keyboard works fine, but their software just makes me want to buy a new one, but I'd hate to spend money when the actual keyboard is still good. It's odd because my friend is using their software too with his keyboard and mouse pad, but he has no issues.

As of now, I'm torn what to do. It's upsetting their software is so bad.

My Lycosa Mirror randomly decides to have keys not work until I replug the keyboard. Doesn't matter what port I use, be it 2.0 or 3.0

My old Deathadder would only work on either the Y axis or the X axis, randomly.

Razer drivers/software is pure trash, just like most of their products these days.

I am using razer stuff and working fine, works with GTA V too, open up gta again and open task manager, see if there is some sort of cpu or gpu problem, i've had it in the past where everything is fine but occasionally a piece of software just pins my cpu at 100% or uses up way too much ram

My PC: I7 4770 (3.4Ghz)

32Gb Corsair Xms3 DDR3

Gigabyte G1 Gaming 980ti

Asus Z87-A Motherboard

Samsung 120gb SSD

Seagate 2TB HDD

Thanks for the recommendation, though I spent hours upon hours trying to troubleshoot what was causing my issue at least, and turns out it was that pesky Razer software! I guess it seems like a hit or miss for some people.

Ah ok, well if you're not using macros on the keyboard it's not of massive importance having it anyway i suppose
