is it a 3800+ or a 6000+??

But I personaly would go a 5750 or a 5770 if you can find them.

I recenlty built a 6000+ for my freind and he runs a 5770 and gets very nice frame rates with todays games, hope this helps.

CPU- I7 7700K @ 4.4Ghz, RAM- 32 Gig Hyper X @ 2800 mhz , GPU - GTX 1080ti Strix 11gb , MOBO- Asrock Fatality Z270 , SSD :Kingston Hyper X SSD Fury and Samsung 500gig

the 6000+ is awesome CPU (i love it), still is not a gamer CPU, but is a good one

you are in the range of MEDIUM graphics cards

still, i do recomend (in the future) change to a 4 cores CPU with 3000 mhz (or more)

there is a big jump of performance gamer in the way of AM2 to AM3 or AM3+

i recomend a new mother AM3+ and a low FX (any FX is a true gamer CPU :))

then you can add any graphics card, no bottlenecks anymore with a FX

  • AMD 7850 - 2GB GDDR5 256bits
  • gBANDWIDTH = 170.2 GB/s
  • gSHADERS = 1024 unified
  • gCPUoc = 1050 mhz
  • gMEMoc = 1330 mhz (x4)
  • gPIXELfillrate = 33.6 GP/s
  • gTEXTUREfillrate = 67.2 GT/s
