RX 480 Out Of Stock Or Just Pending Order?

DisconnectedYT

So i just used PC Case Gear to buy a XFX RX480 8GB OC for $425 and it is telling me the order is pending? What dose that mean?

Is it out of stock or what cause i waited overnight to see if it changed but nothing?

it says sold out

if you bought it before it sold out you may or may not have got the last one

if it stays processing for more than one day you should contact them because you probably are on a waitlist until they get a new shipment (who knows when)

although the NDA (for the rx480) even though it has been dropped I think they only start selling them on the 29 of July maybe my local stores started putting pages up saying "pre order" for the gtx 1080 but I think this is them just preparing for what is going to come BUT although saying this I'm sure it is possible to preorder. Just give them sometime to sort it out and hey if they don't end up honoring your purchase just get a charge back.

If they are accurate about definitions, processing should mean that they are currently working on getting your order shipped (filling out info, getting the item from warehouse, packing it, etc.) while pending means that there's nothing being done on it because it's delayed for some reason (oos, backorder, etc.).
