Post code errors - please help

Okay guys, we need your help because ASUS isn't helping.

960GB SSD SanDisk Ultra II

 

We get post code 13, then 60, then either 53, or spam after 60, I'll link a video down below as soon as it's uploaded.

Look up the post code if stays on when the computer hangs.

53 says invalid memory type, or invalid memory speed, so the computer, or motherboard power button don't work, but if you plug it in, it turns on, fans spin, LEDs on, but turns off after a second, and won't turn back on unless unplugging. So the motherboard support up to 3400mhz, and mine is 3000, but it's only in OC, and the max supported before overclock is 2133, but I can't get to the bios because it doesn't turn on. The other post codes seem normal.

use the mem ok button if it is on that board

sorry will change the memory speed to something slow to allow it to post

The motherboard is no posting, we plug it in, the fans spin, CPU light is red, then the RAM light is orange, then back to the CPU, and the back to the RAM, meanwhile, posting is going from 13-14, to 60, to 14, to 60, to 60 spamish. The reset button does nothing, the power button does nothing, I am going to upload the video and send a link.

that mem ok button will help it post
