Can't find certain settings

My phone (BLU Vivo XL) uses a custom software, and the settings app is definitely not as full featured as I would like. There's a lot of settings I'd like to change, but can't find, like the phone being unlocked in a certain area or while being connected to a certain bluetooth device. I can actually access the panel from a notification that occasionally pops up, but I can't find the setting in the app itself. There's other stuff too, just can't think of them off the top of my head.

Depends on the custom software there might be a app for the Bluetooth stuff but I don't know... If your really unhappy with it you could always install a new os like cryogen, though that would void your warranty (assuming your talking about custom software on the phone by default and that you haven't already installed a custom os)...

Most of them are just chinese rebrands though. The Vivo XL is a rebranded Gionee Elife S Plus.

Other than using KingRoot, which seems to be very invasive, there's no known way to root it afaik.
