Windows 10 upgrade assistant

Anyone knows what happened to the upgrade assistant that showed which programs will have issues? Wanted to run it and know what would happen to some of my programs (I believe W10 uninstalls some of them without permission?) Google isn't helping, everything is redirecting to the new 2GB Windows updates file "Update to Windows 10" -- Don't want to risk it.
