Wich laptop ? Wich kind of material and wich tesxture does it have ?

If it's has a complex texture finish or if it's maybe bif scratches in a mluminum or magnisium chassis than most of the time you will make it worse.

What I can recomand is a precious and more descreet looking skin, but these can be a bit price and if it's a old laptop than maybe not worth it.

A cheap way to make a skin is if you are able to cut really precise m a DIY Vinyl skin but I would make it to flashy .... but to sell it with just covered scratches without telling the buyer is kinda fishy.

You can first try out a rag which is a little damped. On plastic and rubber-y feeling plastis materials that can often remove scratches or at least make them less noticeable. But on metal (and aluminium and magnesium) it's a lot harder to remove, since usually a scratch there means a scratch to the top layer which exposes the inside (which is usually a different color).

Here, idk how good will you be able to see it.

Those look like physical scratches into the laptop cover itself, not much you can do about that. It's just damaged.

For some people who would buy your laptop this will matter (and they may bid lower because of the scratches), but otherwise it shouldn't matter much.
