I have the hyper evo 212 with mx4 thermal paste, and my temps are not steady while working on the pc, like when im doing steam browsing and etc, the temps are like that 31,32,35,49,3,35 like not steady like gpu temp ? Is this normal? I did a prime 95 test the 26.6 version for haswell since i have core i7 4790 and my temps never exceeded 65c, any help will be appreciated

Yes this is normal. It is basically when the CPU is getting a quick increase in voltage to accomplish the task of moving to a new page etc.. very common.

monitor CPU usage at the same time, they go hand in hand with load.

Well... if you are working on your PC, it has to process data. And doing so generates heat proportional to the load, so it will naturally heat up and down, unlike an idling GPU.

In other words yes, your temps are normal.
