Video Issues

So this decided to happen to my laptop (attached below). I don't know what it is but when I play a different game such as ROBLOX it doesn't occur. What should I do? reinstall?

Also the specs are:

 

Intel Core i3 4500U (using igpu)

4GB of RAM

 

Using Toshiba C55-B5362 Laptop

Minecraft right?

 

Make a new world. If it still happens, reinstall.

Do you have any of the following installed, if so, run the game without them:

Shaders, texture packs, mods, or resource packs.

Try a new world. That'll still tell us a lot. If not, the reinstall (with no mods).
