Problem and a question !

hello everybody ... 

 

My problem is that i have Asus Formula viii and i updated to it last version ( 1701 ) after the update the pc restarted and installed the update normally and i tried overclocking the Vram to 3000 mhz and putting the XMP enabled the pc restarted and it become like this ( pic down ) lag and stutter. i still can click and do everything but it is very very hard .. but sometimes it become normal after restarting. so is the problem from the update or me overclocking the ram ?

i think the overclock failed. dial back settings to stock (or remove your cmos for a half hour), see if happens again.
