Side or Bottom Intake?

Bottom intake makes more sense if exhausts are at the top but not because of warmer air rising--that is negligible in any case with active airflow.

I could run benchmarks but I do not feel like spending an hour or so when someone has the answer to my question most likely.

Should I have my 120mm fan be on the side of the case giving air to my CPU (55 Degrees when Gaming) or on the bottom feeding air to my GPU? (60 Degrees when Gaming)

Current setup on side.

What model of GPU? Where's the bottom intake located in reference to it? In front, behind or underneath? Are you having overheating problems with it now? Ditto that for the CPU?

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
