PfSense Port Forwarding Issues

It should be this hard so its got to be something you've done in setting up pfsense. You may want to reinstall pfsense using a slightly older version and follow a guide while doing it. Cause all I can think of for a reason as to why its messing up is due to an unintentional mistake somewhere during the install

but if you think you did everything right I would try and follow this link https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Port_Forward_Troubleshooting but best bet is that something is messed up and reinstalling an older version of pfsense will solve what ever issue pfsense is having
